How it works

Hyprland cannot start without a real GPU node, and Cloudflare Containers have no GPU — but they do have /dev/kvm. So each visitor gets a container near them that boots a KVM guest under Cloud Hypervisor (direct kernel boot, Omarchy 4.0.2 straight from pkgs.omarchy.org, SDDM autologin, stock uwsm). There is no display device at all: Hyprland renders on the kernel's virtual KMS device with Mesa's llvmpipe, and a small daemon inside the guest reads the scanout buffer straight out of the kernel, encodes it as H.264 and streams it to your tab's hardware video decoder, sized to your window. Discs are throwaway overlays, so it's a fresh machine every single time.

Honest trade-offs: CPU rendering (blur and animations off), no audio yet, and it's best on a desktop browser. Source on GitHub.
